Helmed by Executive Chef John-Paul Fiechtner, V-DINING offers an engaging multi-course menu of edgy and refined contemporary plates that are designed to surprise and comfort in equal measure. The beverage pairing is similarly adventurous and invites guests to embark on an unconventional voyage of discovery on every visit.
V-DINING first launched in 2019. The team uses V-ZUG’s professional-level state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen.
